Miles Wood grew up fishing for bass, trout, carp and pike with his parents and grandparents who are avid sport fishers. For the last 4 years, Miles has primarily pursued smallmouth bass on Lake Simcoe and loves to share his passion for these fish with clients. On days Miles isn’t guiding or preparing for upcoming trips, he is a commercial boat captain or ice fisherman depending on season. The charter has commercial insurance and complies with all Transport Canada requirements, including commercial training for operator proficiency and safety:

Our aim is to be prepared for any situation that may arise while on the water so that you can focus on enjoying your day. Safety is our number one priority, followed by fishing success. On all trips, our goal is not only to help you catch fish, but to teach you the skills necessary to make your future fishing excursions even more successful!
